Chatsworth Subdivision,
Pakuranga

Chatsworth subdivision, located in the heart of Pakuranga. Situated within the Suburban Zone on a 675 square meter site, we carefully crafted this project with the local market in mind, collaborating closely with the client and consultants.

This 4 lot subdivision comprises two standalone houses and one duplex unit, each offering a spacious 138 square meter floor plan. Featuring three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a study, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, these units are designed for comfortable living. Additionally, each unit includes a single garage and north-facing yards.

We used a mix of James Hardie Axon panels and Linea weatherboards with Midland bricks for the exterior. One standout feature is the unique slant wall at 20 degrees adorning the front of each unit, adding a playful touch to the overall aesthetic.
