Nestled atop a hill in Tuakau, Twin Resort boasts sweeping vistas of the Waikato countryside. Originally two separate parcels of land, the client's vision was to unite them into a luxurious resort-style getaway.

A winding driveway leads to a covered entry canopy, setting the stage for the retreat experience. Inside, pitched ceilings evoke a sense of ceremony, while the layout of the two houses carefully considers future recreational facilities on the grounds.

Inspired by the rustic elegance of barn houses, the design harmoniously blends solid brick and timber cladding, resulting in a unique architectural statement.
